Ms. Lau assists domestic and multinational companies with immigration requirements
relating to the transfer and hiring of foreign staff in Hong Kong.  She manages and executes high-volume case work for companies across various industries, including financial services.

Ms. Lau has extensive experience with all investment and employment-related visa options in Hong Kong, including employment, employment (investment), training, resident visas under the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme, dependent visas for foreigners, and visas for PRC nationals under the Admission Scheme for Mainland Talents and Professionals. Ms. Lau also has in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong travel document requirements for travelers from the Greater China region, including the PRC, Macau, and Taiwan.  With respect to individual applicants, Ms. Lau can also assist with right of abode (permanent residency) applications.

Ms. Lau has particular expertise in investor visa categories, including the employment (investment)visa for investors to establish or operate a business in Hong Kong,and the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme for investors to secure residence in Hong Kong via a qualifying capital investment.
